As if he wasn’t already, Mark Zuckerberg is now a very famous man. Between his wedding, birthday and the official IPO of Facebook, May has been a busy month for the California native billionaire. So what’s the big deal about Facebook’s IPO? It certainly isn’t the first social media stock to go public, but it is the largest. Starting at $38 at opening and now down 24% to $29 per share, some consider Facebook’s shining moment a flop. Now shareholders are suing Facebook, Zuckerbeg and its underwriter Morgan Stanley stating that they concealed a severe reduction in revenue growth forecasts.
